2. Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nSilence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold nSilence harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
