Refund Policy

This policy applies to all digital products and subscription services sold by nSilence.
Subscriptions
Our products offer monthly and annual subscription plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account reverts to the free tier (where available) after the billing period ends.
- Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted upon downgrade.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Within 14 days of first purchase: if you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
- Technical issues: if a persistent technical problem prevents you from using the product and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate charges: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial billing periods — we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, unless a technical issue is involved.
- Change of mind after the 14-day window.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at with your account email and a brief description of the reason. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
