We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, and technical problems.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent: where required, such as for optional features or third-party integrations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of third-party service providers to operate our Services. Data shared with each provider is limited to what is necessary for their function:

  • Payment processing: Stripe and/or Polar process your payments. They receive your payment details, name, and email to complete transactions. Their privacy policies govern their handling of your payment data.
  • AI and machine learning: some of our products use third-party AI services (such as Google and Deepgram) to power features like transcription or content structuring. Data sent to these providers is processed according to their privacy policies and data processing agreements.
  • Email delivery: we use transactional email providers (such as Resend) to send account-related emails. They receive your email address and message content.
  • Authentication: if you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive your password.
  • Spam prevention: our contact form uses ALTCHA, a self-hosted proof-of-work verification system. ALTCHA does not use cookies, does not track users, and does not send any data to third parties. All verification is performed locally on our servers.
